Who's Lying Now? By Susan Lewis - Book Review
“Photographs are frozen moments in time; they can as easily tell a false story as they can disguise what’s happening outside the frame.”

I’m not gonna lie, I struggled to read this book. There were so many characters and each chapter had a different person’s perspective. Some of the characters confused me and left me questioning things. It was interesting to see how the author incorporated COVID-19 into the book, with mentions of it being featured in the chapters. Alongside this, the book felt really long and I started to get bored. I will say though that I enjoyed how the author went back and forth with the timelines from before Jeannie’s disappearance to after. While I wasn’t super interested in any of the characters, I was intrigued by what happened to Jeannie.

— alternating perspectives
— multiple timelines
— suspense
*Thank you to Harper Collins for my ARC and allowing me to give my honest review of the book.*
