it’s not good for your mental health.

give yourself a break.


you’ll end up hurt,

reading through all the negativity,

get away quickly.


say goodbye to twitter,

and instagram.

don’t forget about snapchat.


you need to focus on better things,

not who’s hanging out without you.

and don’t even try to search up their account,


it won’t do you any good.

focus on yourself,

social media isn’t everything.


delete the apps.

unfollow the ones making you cry,

you’ll be so much happier


turn off the cell phone,

goodbye to social media

and hello to reality.
